If you’re in a health and wellness journey these books will change the way you approach it. I geek out every time I come across any health and wellness information I haven’t learned about.
When you think about it there is so much information out there we don’t really know about. To me it seems as though no one really talks about living a healthy lifestyle until an illness comes along.
Let’s change that. I don’t know about you, but I would rather focus on my health now instead of dealing with an illness later down the line. Let’s get to it.
The Health & Wellness Books
This is fascinating to me because it informs you about ways to prevent and reverse illnesses. What I have learned along my wellness journey is that the foods you eat matter and they can be healing or detrimental. He explains how changing your lifestyle and your eating habits can sometimes be better than prescription pills. He talks about various diseases including certain cancers, high blood pressure, heart disease and more.
I love this book because growing up I struggled with IBS and no matter what I did or took to help nothing changed. Until I implemented what he preaches. He goes into detail on how fiber helps with our microbiome and how eating an adequate variety of foods can improve our health.
This book talks about how powerful the microbiome is and how important your gut health is when it comes to the brain. He talks about the rise of autism and ADHD in children also adults developing dementia at a younger age. If can change some things in my life to better my health you better believe I am going to do that.
