Here I’ll sharing things you should consider buying for your children.

A lot of the time you’ll hear people talk about all the things you need when you plan on having children and while some are good things I feel like a lot of the time it’s things you really won’t end up using.

We spent money on crib bumpers that we really didn’t need *insert eye roll emoji. We didn’t need so many baby blankets or all the burp cloths either.

I mean after all where were they when my son spit up on me all those times, serious question.

Haha, but seriously an old shirt would’ve done the job just as good and would have saved us some money.

However, some of these things should be taken into consideration as they will make life so much easier.

After all isn’t that what we all want?

Things You Should Consider Buying

Besides the necessities like a crib, diapers and such these would be other things to consider that would be just as helpful to have.

Of course every child is different and what we found useful for us might be something you won’t need and that’s okay.

For The Little Ones

A baby carrier or baby wrap. These are so handy. You could do just about anything with your little one in this and it is comfortable. There’s a learning curve to this, but once you figure it out it’ll be an easy thing to do.

Onesie extenders. This is just genius! If your little one has outgrown some of their onesies these will make it so that they fit in those for a longer period. So there’s no need to ditch them quite yet.

Silicone bibs these are easy to clean and the bottom of it catches the food that falls. It’s amazing. Now you don’t have to worry about food getting everywhere.

Pacifier clips with these now you don’t have to worry about your child dropping the pacifier. It will be clipped on them. Hallelujah no more having to wash the dirty pacifier.

Sleep sack so you don’t have to worry about (SIDS) sudden infant death syndrome. You don’t want unnecessary things in your babies crib. This is just one thing you can do to have peace of mind.

Sound machine if you want your little one to get a better sleep get yourself a sound machine. This will mask the noise around them.

For The Toddlers

EZPZ happy mat you’ll love this because your child won’t be able to throw their plate on the ground. The suction works great and it is easy to clean up.

OXO tot 2-in-1 go potty you should definitely put this in your list of things to buy! It’s a portable potty that fold up easily and takes little to no space. It also comes with bags. The thing I love the most is that it can be used flat on the toilet. Now you won’t have to hold your child over a toilet so they won’t fall in.

A balance bike we love the Strider balance bikes. Your child will learn to ride big kid bikes months of consistently using a balance bike. It will be such an easy transition too.
