Here you’ll know my favorite social media accounts for Diastasis Recti and all things pelvic floor. I’ll be sharing my all time favorite accounts that have helped me heal.

If you came here after reading my other blog post then you know I dealt with pelvic floor dysfunction and Diastasis Recti. It took me a good year and a half to get back to my normal self. That downright sucked and I am not even exaggerating.

What I didn’t mention on my last blog post was that I was also dealing with a prolapse. If you would’ve told me years ago that I would be sharing that here, I wouldn’t have believed you. I was embarrassed that at my age, I would be dealing with something like that.

No one told me anything about Diastasis Recti or the pelvic floor. I had no knowledge about it prior to having my son.

This is why I like to talk about it. If I can help one person by sharing what I went through then by all means count me in.

If someone would’ve said something to me my postpartum recovery would have gone so much differently.

Instead of keeping it to myself I would much rather talk about it in hopes that someone doesn’t struggle like I did.
