If you are looking for a fun, screen-free activity your kids can do, take a look at this I Spy spring-themed printable. It is easy and fun and can be done when your kids need something to do.
Not only is this an easy activity, but it also helps them learn, so it’s a win. This kind of activity is excellent for little kids. Playing I Spy helps them practice counting, improve their attention span, and work on their fine motor skills—all while having fun.
All you have to do is print the printable I Spy down below.
How to Play the I Spy Spring Printable
To play the spring-themed I Spy game is quite simple.
- Find the items listed at the bottom of the page. In this case, the items are spring-themed. You’ll be looking for items such as a butterfly, sun, bird, tulip, rainbow, ladybug, bee, cloud, and more.
- When you spot an item, count how many times it appears on the page.
- Write the number in the blank space right next to it.
- Keep going until you’ve found everything on the list.
TIP: You can also color the items as you find them. For example, if you’re looking for all the rainbows, color each one when you spot it. Then, do the same for the other items. This makes it easier to keep track of how many you have found.
It is a relaxing game that’s great for kids and adults, perfect for springtime fun at home, in class, or on a rainy day.
